The SOUL is the area that receives information and makes decisions. The soul contains the mind, will and the emotions. It is in the area of the soul where we constantly communicate to ourselves  - we tell ourselves we are 'too fat'  too old'  'not smart enough' 'unlovable' or that 'we çan't cope' amongst many other things.  We receive our identity from information that caregivers, friends and circumstances dictate to us. The SOUL can be a place of peace or of torment !
 
 
HOPE is the belief that what is needed can be had. HOPE enables us to cope and gives us a reason to carry on
 
An ANCHOR is a device that prevents a vessel from moving. It is a central source of support and stability.
 
An anchor is small in comparison to the size of a ship,
but with its weight it can offer reinforcement and support
